ValenciaBasket displayed their best defensive performance in the final quarter toovercome a deficit against an opponent that dominated for much of the game.They ultimately prevailed 80-78 against Dubai Basketball in a nail-bitingcontest that was decided by Omari Moore's scoring ability. Valencia Basketstarted strong in the first half with their three-pointers, but DubaiBasketball took the lead when Valencia's outside shots stopped falling.Although Valencia Basket managed to regain control of the game with a latesurge in the first quarter, the visitors intensified their defense andcapitalized on second-chance opportunities to limit Valencia's offense and takea three-point lead into halftime. The visitors' defense allowed them to build aten-point advantage, but Valencia Basket also tightened their defense to stayin the game despite the difficulties they faced in finding their rhythm andscoring.
